meeting Frederick D B Kempton received the RAE's
Long & Meritorious
Service Award from RAE Board member Bart O'Toole.

It was fantastic to
see such a huge turnout of members and guests
who had travelled
from far and wide; there can be no better a measure
of the high
regard in which Fred is held. The room reverberated
to a
thunderous applause as Bart handed over the engraved glass plate
to a beaming recipient.
