Offside -Dec 06 Meeting
Our December meeting saw training officer Dave Roberts keep an excellent turnout fully occupied with an interactive session on offside.  Dave had raided his video collection again to show how difficult it can be to apply law 11 given the speed of the modern game.  Formal business was kept to an absolute minimum and then everyone adjourned for a spot of food, it being Christmas.
Even the old lags have to concentrate. Or maybe Walshee is just limbering up for a post-meeting game of darts. The flags are those brightly coloured things behind you gentlemen, in case you had forgotten. Dave Roberts' presentation was so gripping she never even noticed someone nick her flag Training Officer Roberts in action (or should that be inaction?)
